[3.13] HC/SC/SSF All Content Miner - Any Mine Skill - LL/CI - 12k ES w/ Videos!

Currency is growing and I'm working on different improvements here, I've now made it just shy of 10k ES (about 200 to go), though I am concerned if my dps is too low. No issues really with t16 semi-juiced maps or anything so maybe its fine. BL tooltip dps is something like 13.5k down from ~15k, but by swapping out of shaper ring I'm in a better place with resists and up about 500 ES so it feels like a worthy trade off.

I was excited to pick up this new weapon, but POB seems to be telling me its actually a tiny downgrade. I feel like there is just something there that isn't calculating, or I'm underestimating how much damage the "x to x fire damage to spells" is as a modifier.

First, put defence catalysts on your amulet as well, that's another ES boost you're missing at the moment. Second and regarding the fire damage, you need to check the box "Enemy is burning" in PoB to profit from your Ascendency (multiplier from Explosives Expert). In addition, if you have some currency to spend, get a Bottled Faith - huge DPS boost (they're at 16-17 ex atm).

Hey, can someone answer some questions?:

i started this league with pyroclast mine with arc mine, was really fun but pyro mine seems clunky without the astral projector and/or idk how to play well with this type of mine.So:

1) If i wanna start with pyroclast mine again, do i need to prioritize astral projector over Shavronne's Wrappings and Presence of Chayula? Or is better just go CI and LL and after that just go with astral projector and other?

2)Icicle mine is good in a 4 link or even 5 link if i use Tremor Rod, or should start again with arc in a 4 link? ( this need to be just for clearing maps before the astart projector)
My idea: Icicle Mines + Pierce + Trap and Mine Damage + Controlled Destruction.
act 6: Icicle Mines + Pierce or chain + Trap and Mine Damage + Minefield + Controlled Destruction.(5Link)

3) The gems in The gems link section are prioritize from must have to better late?

4) Is Swift Assembly inconsistent at low level in damage and better wait for minefield later?

Hello again!

So I got my es up to 7.7k, working with my shoes to get to 8k.
I got the tip to aim for a high es rare chest tho, and get CI. Is this a good plan? I know you (pm) have this in the guide, I just feel insecure to go full CI, not sure why.
My profile is open, if you have time, please let me know if Ghost Reaver < CI is what I want to do at this time.

Will go BL saboteur next season! Love it!

Edit: Still trying to get that darned aspect of the spider from Einhar, neglected Einhar for way too long. And no friends playing anymore so I can't get any help there :P

Hi all, another quick question here.

As it concerns +dmg modifiers, are they all the same or is any the most potent?

For example, ring enchant of +% lightning damage versus flat +% damage? I am assuming the +% flat damage is always strongest. In turn, how about +a-b fire damage to spells in comparison to +dmg percentages? It feels like the +a-b damage to spells is stronger but that is based on tooltip dps so I could be totally wrong.

Well I am officially broke at this moment but hey, figured it was worth the few lil upgrades and the big upgrade in bottled faith. I picked one up for 14.5ex so that feels okay (my biggest purchase ever lol).

Anyway, if anyone has some further ideas on where else I can look to upgrade I'd love to hear! I'm still very new and am struggling a bit on what to be looking for in potential upgrades at this point, mostly it's just been stuff with +++ES. I've now reached almost 10.5k ES buffed so I met my goal there and am ready to see if I can push some damage or what. I haven't tried the Bottled Faith out yet but I expect it to help me become a boss killer if I can get strats down :D



If anything I am thinking the rings may have some room for improvement, or the weapon if I can get real lucky with a +1 all / +1 lightning find OR base and spend the rest of the league learning to craft/gamble.

Now you only have to divine your Bottled Faith to have 1.9+ Crit Chance and 9-10% increased damage. Also, nice gear upgrades!

And with regards to the weapon, I wouldn't try to craft a +1/+1 myself, odds are way too low to hit both. I'd rather buy a base - but you have to get lucky, atm there are only a few available from time to time and they are quite expensive. Sniped mine for 4ex a while ago:



Just look for +1/+1 and empty suffix so that you can lock prefixes ("Prefixes cannot be changed") and scour the suffixes for a multimod.

Weapon should be fine, 2 wasted rolls, but not a huge deal. Should be a few ex weapon. If you are looking to spend 10+ it would be a 10% ish dps upgrade from that.

Aside from that, missing the boot enchant is pretty big
