Does the conc ground apply increased dmg when created by mines? Or does it have to be created by bottled faith? | |

Hi,
I have a question about the ascendary points. In the POB i must take 'Demolition Specialist' but i have been checking BL level 95-100 builds and all of them have picked 'Born in the Shadows' instead 'Demolition Specialist'. Is there any change or reason during the league that makes this choice better or it is better to choose what POB indicates. Thank you! |

" Well, in order to get to level 100 quickly, you gotta stop dying. "Born In The Shadows" gives you that survivability boost by blinding every nearby enemy. I think this is the likely reason. |
