Damage isnt nerfed, the AoE is nerfed though. 30% is a pretty big QoL loss.

Practical question for league start: I usually go life version with a tremor rod to farm currency for another build .

What is your early league routine? At what point do you transition LL? In term of gear, atlas progression (about) and time in the league? Do you just go when you get a shav?
