Have never played traps,so sry in advance for stpd questions.
How,when and why do we use Bear trap? Does it have to be in 4links same as Sigil? Or it's will be the same if FalmeDash+ArcaneSurge/BearTrap/Sigil ? If we dont have "Trigger Spell" on weapon we are going to manualy use Arcanist Brand and it will trigger Assassins mark and Wave of conviction? After 3.15 mana cost changes are we steel fine with "Trigger Spell" +WoC+AM+IncDur? Watched all the vids.So can this build handle Maven/Feared/Simu x2Kosis:) without corrupt Shavs,descent Hubris and x3 multi? (Not specialy those items I mentioned,but without topnoch gear). " 1) Bear trap can go wherever you can fit it - it doesn't require links. You only use bear trap for bigboi bosses and you simply stack your lightning traps and finish the stack with a bear trap. We only use bear trap for the 3 sec debuff where traps do 25% inc damage. You can refresh bear-trap whenever you like, as it's a 3sec debuff, if it's a drawn out fight. 2) Arcanist brand will debuff targets with whatever curse and exposure you linked to it yes (in our case, assassins mark + wave) 3) Trigger even with the new mana cost still works fine for us, assuming you have sovereignty nodes and lvl 3 enlighten (or 4, if you can afford one). 4) Most of those vids are recorded without corrupted shavs etc, since I don't *normally* go for that. It's just a luxury item when you want to push dmg from great to silly and/or you got plenty currency. You can see my character from this league and the vids I put up from this league on my YT and I'm only wearing average gear and no corrupted shavs. For comparison my HO tooltip for the vids I recorded in 3.15 is only 95k, while min/max'ers like vennto or ankhain etc has almost double my tooltip and as you see I'm still beating everything. 5) We came out of 3.15 just fine, cleared everything and survived the mana nerfs, so 3.16 should be great for us, as I highly doubt GGG has plans of nerfing any builds outside of the already announced FR totem nerf incoming. " 1) Grab a lvl 21 LTrap instead of your 20 divergent. 21 LT's are super cheap in every league and you definitely want 21 rather than 20 of any other kind. 2) Quality your amulet, it's cheap and will add 220+ ES (tempering catalyst). 3) Get boots with 1-160 lightning uber lab enchant asap, it's a huge chunk of permanent dps. 4) Drop snowforged as it's a flex point, so if u ever pick it, it'll be among your last points from 97-100 (unless you badly need those ress) 5) Jewels with double multipliers (check examples in the guide and also u can check stats section in the guide for what multipliers to search for in trade) 6) replace vinktar with rumi's, you need the block and it also helps you for other bonuses we get via block, es% recover and mana regen% per block. Hello, thanks again for the help last time I managed to get to 99 and now I'm just pumping dps in the build
I've been trying for weeks to snipe a good weapon but I couldn't, I was wondering if running grand heist with enchanted armaments/replica is a good strats for getting one cheap (I saw some really good ones with fire etc.. coming from grandheists) ? I dont know how to craft one and it seems too expensive to be worth but I'm not sure This is my current weapon Should I just wait for one to appear in poe.trade? also I got lucky and managed to craft this so now I'm at 100% crit chance with flask and 85% without so I dont even now if crit chance on the wand would help much I'm trying to go step by step and upgrade the thing that give me the most for now PoB if needed: https://pastebin.com/Zntv17vQ | |

" If you feel it is not useful due to a very high crit chance, try to find something more useful. Maybe another jewel slot with some fiddling around. From having a short look at your tree you could respec one of those 6%ES nodes and snowforged and grab the jewel-socket south of pain attunement. Grab a ES + triple multi jewel and you get tons of DPS without sacrificing any ES whatsoever, rather you can get it up to 2% more. " Well, of course its not a nice way to put it, but you´re lazy - level 77 is barely after campaign and you said it yourself you "started" the build, so put in some work with it and really compare the gear you wear to the strong chars, instead of saying "well i cant find the problem". I am playing this build this season. The "alternative" siphoning trap gem made a big difference with lvl 82+ content. The perpetual 300+ energy shield solved many problem areas for me and was a much better defensive option.
Also, the damage sacrifice for the trigger on cast weapon just wasn't worth it for me. I got a higher damage weapon and started using a ring with conductivity on hit which works with the lightning traps, so everything has conductivity. Последняя редакция: meglivornth.
