Here is steelmages pob, it has full leveling trees and gear section. Check the "notes" section for a full breakdown of leveling skills and when you get them, when to transition to sst and unique shields to use. You can ignore the gauntlet stuff.

This is the blood magic version of the build but you can easily transition out of it if you like.

You can have chill immunity on boots I guess but personally, I travelled to the right side of the tree a bit to the Crystal Skin notable. I only notice chills when a map has the "has chilling ground" mod. Other than that I don't ever notice I'm being chilled.

This auto-use flask probably helps as well

Wow, didn't notice until this post that they were so different. Eg,

Page 1 Helm: Ancestral Protector, Multiple Totems, Maim, Culling Strike
POB: Reckoning, Pulverise, Life Gain on Hit, Increased AoE

Looks like the build went through several revs.

Also the POB passive trees show Crimson Dance in the 45 point Early Game, drops in the 80 point Mid Game, then back again in both 118 point End Games.

One pierce is fine, you probably won't notice too much of a difference with two. You'll want at least the 3 extra projectile helm enchant if you're going to get pierce otherwise your projectile coverage is quite poor to begin with
