10 mil is easily achievable, here's my almost min-maxed PoB with 37,725,641.33 DPS: https://pastebin.com/mbCshbGs. Lots of things can be improved, more levels, better gloves, swapping my other anguish with +spell damage per power charge, better helmet with +1 power charge, triple watchers eye mod etc.

I do not quite see the 37 Million if I got to be honest?

Wave: 840k * 15 = 12.6Mio
Nova: 420k * 7.5 = 3.15 Mio
Bolt: 530k * 7.5 = 4 Mio

That is about 18~Mio under super ideal conditions whith Vaal RF up and stuff.
I guess at that point it doesn't matter much anymore how much dps exactly you do though. :) Covered in Ash is propably unrealistic to check on since you propably die from any boss hitting you at 5k hp ^^'.

You propably also want a helmet that reduces fire resistance; not cold. And a helmet enchant that boosts your Wave of Conviction; since it is the biggest source of damage in your build.

Also take the one minor node north of the powercharge node by the witch - it gives 4% spelldamage per powercharge which is a fairly efficient at 7PC. No idea why the Guide doesn't path there as well.

The minor 4% life nodes at Purity of Flesh are also wasted if you can instead pick up 5% nodes at Discipline and Training.

At Snowforged take the Fire Damage + Multi node instead of the Frost one - The Increase is the same between them but the crit on Frostspells is wasted since you are critcapped on them anyhow.
The Critmulti comes into effect though for Wave which is you biggest hitter anyhow.

Couple notes since the Sirus jewel makes PoB-ing a bit hard:

Fill out the minor life nodes in the cluster south of the sirus jewel first - they are 6% nodes before you pick up 5% ones.

The only exception is when you can path to a noteable as I did on the other side of the tree where I picked up two 4% Life nodes to get to the 8% one. That 'makes' all of them average 6% nodes which is efficient.

Since you do pick up Spiritual Aid it might be worth pathing through Lord of the Dead instead of Annihilation - depends a bit on your crit situation and where else you can path instead. I did not go through all of that. Something to consider.

I assume that Pain Attunment turns into Corrupted Soul? That is not worth doing and propably a wasted talent point. If you can pick up an Militant Faith of "Dominus" (that also has useful minors) you can turn Pain Attunment into 'Inner Conviction' which would be a 3% more Spelldamage per PC (disables frenzy charge *generation* though) at 7PC vs 4 Frenzy that is worth doing provided your attackspeed is high enough without Frenzys.
Keep in mind you can craft +1 minimum Frenzy charge on rings and amulets which would work regardless wether you are able to generate Frenzys or not.

Pick up Divine Judgement if you can/have a talent point to spare.
