" I have an Attack speed watchers eye, two 6% attack speed jewels and tailwind boots and am at ~14.6 attack speed. Getting close to 15 APS is rather easy, indeed, but don't think cyclone APS enchant/Starkonjas/Devotos are good choices for getting the APS cap, maybe as a gap closer, but WoC enchant and enemies have -9% fire res are just better as far as i can tell. | |

I am trying something along those lines right now and there's something I still don't understand despite lengthy discussion. I read everywhere that your APS on cyclone should be about 7.5. Then I wonder what's the point of having two Cospris (since reaching 7.5 is extremely easy with a single Cospri). On your build however you state that it is 7.5 per cospri, so a total of about 15. Now using double Cospris makes sense. Could you confirm which is which please ? | |

My PoB says that my Ice Nova and Frost Bolt have around 1.6 casts per second and I don't really know what is wrong here becouse I suppose it should be 7+?

" Your casts per second don't matter, look at your cyclone attack rate, you're not manually casting frost bolt or icenova. " CoC has a 150ms CD, server tickrate is 33ms 150/33 = 4.5454 so you have to round up to the next highest tick (5) -> 165 ms 1000/165 = 6.06 With 14% CDR you reach the next lower tick: 150*0.86 = 129 129/33 = 3.9090 You reach 4 frames per attack (132 ms) 1000/132 = 7.57 Get 7.57 APS per cospris, as they don't share a cooldown. 7.57 APS for 1 cospris 7.57*2 = 15.14 APS for 2 cospris. Bellow that is fine, getting above will mean you loose about 50% dps. | |

" There's a lot that you can improve on your current charakter, before you "need" to transition to fire conversion. 1. Get a crit/pop chest. 2. get more resists on helmet, belt and gloves to free up stats on your ring, if you want to follow this build, get a base with wave of conviction exposure. 3. Get gloves with dmg while leeching/dmg during flask effect(free prefix needed for craft) 4. Tailwind boots work great for reaching close to 15 aps. 5. Your elder ring has 0 dmg. | |

So basically: Single Cospri @ 0% CDR = stay below 6.06 APS Double Cospri @ 0% CDR = stay below 12.12 APS Single Cospri @ 14% CDR = stay below 7.57 APS Double Cospri @ 14% CDR = stay below 15.14 APS So double Cospri allows you to get double cospri damage, but does'nt increase your 6L-cyclone-CoC-Nova damage.
