Ice nova hits twice if you have frostbolt active, so would be 520k. But your problem lies in your attack speed and setup. You have 7.52 for dual wield which is 3.76 per cospris AND two skill gems in cospri's so your frostbolt gets 1.88 procs per second, and to that fact that you don't have 100% crit chance for cyclone you have TONS of missed possible damage.

Easiest fix for now is to get spell damage shield and use just frostbolt in cospri's. Also get more crit multi, and Wise Oak.

That is the issue, I really thought 7.52 means 15.04 as it is 7.52 for one cospri. I guess I need to figure out how to get 15APS now.

Really awesome build and guide! I am a bit confused about Wave of convition and Avatar of Fire though. Since WoC has 25% conversion to fire and 25% to lightning, we remain at 50% phys, which is taken care of with Avatar of Fire. But doesn't it change the 25% lightning dmg to 12.5% fire and 12.5% lightning dmg to 0?

Yes that is correct. But for the build woc is for the dps but mainly for the exposure -fire

Yes 12.5% is lost but base dmg is so high it doesn"t matter. You can reach 1.5mil AVG dmg on WoC with good gear which is 10mil dps just from WoC. Add -25% fire pen to nova and frostbolt it's just great skill.

Damn, i have build up yours build, as close as i can, but still cant get that damage as yours. Any suggestions? Also as i can see my APS is about 11, but i dont know how to raise it up... saddly. And also, why does my reflection doenst work? It summons it, but it doesnt use cyclone or smth else, just walking around and follows me

How much damage am I going to gain when I get a lvl 21 Frostbolt?

Let me start by saying this is my first league playing. I started out with a necro but it was boring to me. after earning a decent amount of currency I switched to this. It is way more fun and entertaining but extremely frustrating, so frustrating that I might switch back. The damage is insane good, but I constantly get 1 shot. and no Im not standing in stuff or standing still(Im sure there is some mistake that Im doing). I cant seem to level even past 90 nor progress the atlas because bosses 1 shot me. Im to the point where I might put this much currency into the necro which would boost its damage and survival even more and progress with ease, but its boring. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks

Edit: I should also add that I have a rare chest that was 15ex that I have switched for loreweave to get the 78% resists.

The problem of this build is physical damage, mainly spells. BV will one shot you no matter what, it hits too fast for dodge to do anything. But mostly it comes down to increasing hp pool, With good rare chest and helmet you will gain a lot of hp. You can start stacking some mitigation but its more advanced. Also with levels you gain hp which is multiplied with % from tree so you will get a some hp from leveling too. I had 5.3k before switching to hh, and it was good enough to reach 95. I only ran immortal call with cwdt as only additional defense. This is arpg, good offence is also great defense. If you melt boss within 3sec there is low chance he hits you.
