The poisons that are reflected back to you count as poisons applied recently for noxious strike, effectively doubling your poisons applied recently for it.

Hi, I got lucky using a few alt on an ilvl83 elder imbued wand and hit poison deal more dmg + t3 crit chance.

Should I beast print then regal and annul if bad mod, then if I annulled the bad mod, multi mod it and slam a new mod?

If I annul a good mod, repeat the process till I annul a bad mod or regal a good one?

What are the best mods for this build?

attack speed > % phys > flat phys > flat chaos?

The mod weight is like 500 tho so I dont think its worth imprinting. I would just yolo regal and if it fails just start from beginning. And then multimod if regal will be decent and Leo slam later maybe.

you should really just beast print regal until you hit a good mod, it is not good enough imo to spend multimod on just a 2 mod item, since you are spending 4 ex to craft phys and attack speed (in the case you annul a bad mod). If you don't have the budget, maybe just imprint regal, then just craft attack speed. You really want to have enough currency to beastcraft 10-20 times because hitting the regal is not that easy. I hit flat chaos in 5 ex, so ~ 10 attempts, but I honestly consider that extremely lucky.

Lots of good options, personally high flat phys is best mod, but high attack speed, t1 chaos dmg, high % phys, are other things you are looking for. A pure phys wand, if you can get high enough dps, is better than a chaos/phys hybrid because we get total of 50% phys as extra chaos from unholy might + assassin talent toxic delivery.

Compared to my current wand

in POB i see that I would need to have hit t2 + flat phys, or t2+ % phys, or t1 attack speed, for it to be better than what I have now for the regal, in giving you the relative goodness of the mods you must hit.


eventhough the poison mod is 500, remember this is on a wand, which has 3x the mods of any other weapon (cause of caster mods), so crafting a wand is significantly harder. Getting just the poison mod + either attack speed or crit took me like 10 ex, maybe I am unlucky, but maybe wand crafting is just hard.
