I would suggest you look into the path of building or skill trees prior to asking that question.

That being said, this build focuses more on the survivability side of things.

The build you linked is more focused on damage.

Thats the trade off, you wanna survive better with no ailments, or you wanna kill more efficiently


It all is up to playstyle.....in terms of "damage scaling" the build you linked would be better scaled, but you should consider who and what you are farming.
