Considering switching over to the MoM variant or the Divine Flesh variant I've seen posted in here. Anyone tried both and have an opinion on which one feels better? Divine Flesh seems like an easier switch since I probably don't have to switch out any gear.
I tried Divine flesh yesterday felt more spiky in dmg than MoM im currently running so I swapped back to MoM.
Cool - is there any resource (PoB or anything) for the build changes for MoM?

This works perfect. But I just got a Spider ring. How do I run spider also?
you don't. The build can not fit in all 5 (Mal, Skitter, Spider, FS, and HOA)
If you can, prioritize Mal, Spider, HOA, and Skitter. If you can't fit these, replace Skitter with FS.
Thank you. Once enlighten lvl 4 then can drop the HOA reduced mana on ring, correct?
I would double check on your own POB but it looks when I tried this configuration in my set up, I was able to just barely squeeze in Spider, HOA, Skitter and Male with an EL4 and dropping the stat on the ring.

Ive been working hard on combining the cluster 1 large 2 med 2 small cluster jewels while still keeping golden rule and it looks like I’m going to be able to do it.
Only problem is I STILL can’t figure out this “committing suicide” issue. If someone knowledgeable can take a look at my build it would really be helpful.
Things I’ve already ruled out,:
1) not physical reflection issue
2) not blood rage issue
3) i do have poison watchers eye
4) it seems to sometimes happen just from walking up on the first energy of the pack sometimes BEFORE I even attack I just die too fast to react.

Hi there, im having a great time with the build, however, bosses are not an easy task. I can dps them, but i get one shoted, sirius is just impossible. I know there is room for improvement, but please, could anyone spot the most important mistakes im making? Thank guys!

Sirius every AL1-8 is super easy, u should be deadless till last phase. For last phase 6 portals should be sufficent enough. U can still die from rng fiesta which happens there.
1. Corrupting blood jewel.
2. Instant flasks, at least 2.
3. Culling strike.
Your best friends. And remember, always stay close to sirius if possible, and always keep ur totems up. They spam curse on real one all the time.

You can use mine if would like. Im still tweaking the gear, but I can currently run juiced T16's with no problem. Every boss is easy including guardians. I have not fought AW8 Sirus yet, but am not worried. Someone should start a different thread for this variant of the build, so it does not confuse people following the OP's guide.

There are 4 important notables we want in the Very Large ring of Thread of Hope but we can't afford to spend all the points needed to path to them.
By using Thread of Hope we can save a ton of passive points and still get the 4 notables we want.

As suggested before, you should record your game play and then upload a clip that shows the suicide. The visuals may give us a better idea.

POB has trouble importing them, that is why you can't see them.

Swift Venoms, Hunter's Gambit, Revenge of the Hunted, Heart of Oak
