Depends. For 1ex, you'll get Devouring Diadem, two Cold Iron Point, an Impresence, a Thread of Hope and still have a few chaos left. If you want to completely switch chars, that means also do mapping and not only have a pure boss killer, you should buy Asenaths too (~1.5ex). If you want endgame gear, you'll easily pay ~60ex i'd say, with chest, hunter influenced stygian vise and Watcher's eye being the most expensive items. But you don't need them for starters.

Alternatively, 50c for a carry ;-)

How much is it to kill sirius8 at a decent and safe pace? Dont wanna go up to him and get instagibbed or sit and wait 10 min.

Much more than a BL LL miner obviously is all I can say, since I use that as my boss killer. I only really had to spend like 5ex or so for a wand then grabbed the 8ex dps flask.


Yet with my current gear I have weaker single target damage especially without Vaal BV. This is expected though since this isn't primarily a bosser. I just gave you some insight since you were wondering, even with 25-30ex it won't feel that strong for bossing in comparison to the miner.



On that note I'm still trying to figure out what everyones using for auras in their endgame setups. Since only received input from one person who suggests dropping skitterbots and picking up aspect,flesh and level 1 precision.

I feel like flesh and stone is very much needed for the defensive purposes. (When I do get hit, it feels awful since many one shots occur at my 4.4k HP currently). Only reason I'm trying to figure this all out is because I believe I will have to re-gear a bit if I were to grab an aspect. Since most of my current gear is barely meeting my res caps and I still plan to respec my tree for the 2nd cluster jewel.

For any of you guys running late game maps how do you not die. I am currently running tier 9 alched maps (no Phys reflect) and a blight encounter will just randomly 1 hit me. I have maxed all my elemental resistances + chaos but the boss for aspect of spider one hits me too. I would replace my tabula rasa but I am only making 10 chaos per day for some odd reason. Is this one hit common or am I running the wrong passives/gear? As far as skills go I am following the exact auras/skills recommended in the recent path of building from op.

Getting one shot is a downside of the build as a whole, generally from something that is impossible to track down. Though with capped defenses it shouldn't necessarily be that often.

For base defenses make sure you have:
- Lunaris Pantheon fully upgraded
- Withering Step max level on left click
- Both a Quartz and Life flask, and both of them having an ailment removal
- Steelskin or Immortal Call linked with a level 5 CWDT and of appropriate level to proc with CWDT
- Life at at least 4.3k, preferably closer to 5k
- Flesh and Stone aura on Sand stance
- Consistent use of Whirling Blades to proc Fortify Support

Once you have all of that, your best defense ends up being a stronger offense. The more damage you do the faster things will die and the less chance they'll have to kill you.

Any sort of explosion (Bino's, Asenath's, Explode chest) should mostly negate their on death attacks. Stacking Asenath's and an Explode chest together makes it non-existent.

A lot of it depends on how well you know the fight and getting good RNG on his last phase. With 8-10ex of gear and a good understanding of the fight you can definitely kill A8 Sirus, even deathless with a bit of luck.

If you're looking to breeze through the fight (killing him within a couple seconds of him coming down on the last phase) you'll be looking at closer to 50ex+ of gear, or some time spent crafting some good gear and cluster jewels.
