Yes but doesn’t my corralitos put me at 100%? I didn’t think a lot of people take the poison wheel im taking about. Thread of hope seems like a good idea. Thanks for that tip. I’m just worried about resistances.

While mapping, you will likely have close to 100% up time on your flasks so you can take Coralito's into account.

However when bossing, your flask up time is going to be very low, especially for the longer fights and that is arguably when you need 100% poison chance the most.

First of, getting thread of hope is good, but the ppl telling you to get it for extra poison chance are wrong. It gives "10% chance to Poison on Hit with Attacks", but BV is a spell, so its useless.

Second, i already answered you. In the Fatal Toxins wheel youre already getting, instead of taking the left side(2 small passives, they dont give poison chance, not worth it), take the right side(1 small passive), wich is the one that actually gives you poison chance. That (15% chance) plus divining your Circle Of Nostalgia should put you at 100%.

You're right, i overread that. Only took it for the dmg, since i got 2 CoN anyways, so didn't pay attention.

Another thing which just came to my mind... you can always try to buy out a few Impresences, annoint them and then corrupt them. If you're lucky, you'll get this:

Tried it with 20 Impresences, the others ripped, didn't change or got %stat value-implicits. If you're very lucky, you could even get "You can get an additional curse".
wow this build comes together fast once you put on the key items.

I just finished the story and jumped directly into yellow maps with no problems (at AW8 as that is where I left my atlas off from my previous character and did not think to remove the watch stones). I even forgot to get my 3rd ascension as things were going so smoothly.

I am going to get my 3rd ascension next and then move to red maps. This will probably be the earliest I have ever done red maps, at level 75.

So... i'm experimenting atm a bit. Last week, i dropped a Headhunter, but it's of little use with the current configuration of this build. We'd get too many mods we can't use - e.g. ES and all of the +elemental dmg modifiers. Inspired by the Dagger-crafts, i thought about getting sth similar and re-build this build without deviating too much.

Found a gem of a staff for 20ex last night.

Slammed a hunter's exalted orb on it and did a little Harvest-crafting (add/remove influence modifier) and got lucky:

Now i only have to figure out, what else to craft on it, and how the hell i'd get 60% all res if i switch belts... thinking about getting a new chest, without PC on Crit and +Spell Crit... But not really that pleased with that option.
Ok... i think, i got it for now. Was really hard to balance resists. Had to invest two points above Thread of hope for +12 all res, use my corrupted Impresence with +14% all res, bought new boots for 20ex, switched +spell crit for Cold Res on body armor and bench-crafted lightning res on the staff... but according to PoB, i'm doing ~3m more Shaper DPS more than before.

Had to switch whirling blades for leap slam though... not quite sure, if i'm a fan of that. Doing some maps, maybe i'll replace it with Flame Dash, but i'd lose Fortify...

Also, need some more Harvest Chaos-Crafts. 43% Chaos multiplier is only T4, and you could bench-craft 40%. So still a bit room for more damage.

Is it possible to perma-stun unique bosses with this build using Warlord's Mark from Elder Rings? If i get triple curses using Warlords Mark, Temporal Chain and Despair from the additional curses of hunter&Elder armor and whisper of doom?

my first instinct would be no, but I have never tried it.

This build does not scale hit damage. 99% of the investments scale DOT damage. And DOT does not factor into whether a target can be stunned.

Each individual hit's damage is used in the stun calculation and our single hit damage is very low.

hmmm, so what about the warlord's mark specifically says additional 10% chance of stunning, sure unqiue bosses reduce the efficiency by 66%, so it becomes 3.4% chance because our blade vortex is 10 hits per seconds when fully stacked. I say the chances are great and added with temporal chains makes it even better, but if hit damage still get's calculated through those additional stun chance. Then probably not worth it.

Probably needs to get tested

With Stun, it's the same as with Shock, Chill and most other Ailments:

"
The chance to stun is based off the damage done in a single hit compared to the target's maximum life.

So, if you compare our BV with an earthshatter build for example, we hit 7.5 times per second vs 1 time. So you would think, we'd have a way higher chance to stun an enemy. But the dmg per hit with BV is way too low to overcome the stun threshold.

"

Stun Chance (%) = 200 * (Damage / Defender's effective max life)

If the chance to stun would be less than or equal to 20%, it is ignored, so you need to deal more than 10% of effective maximum life to have a chance to stun. Dealing at least 50% of maximum life will always stun.

Even with warlord's mark, you'd still have to get to 16.6% Stun chance on bosses. We'll never reach that number. Also, unique bosses become immune to stun for a short duration (4 seconds?) after they got stunned.

I recommend the wiki. It's great for stuff like that.
