I don't think, it's only chaos resist on these Delirium bosses. I think, they are just overtuned. Saw some videos with other builds, they all took an insane amount of time. Omniphobia seems ok, and tbh i like challenges on a boss, where i have to play mechanics after speedgrinding through the mobs. But Kosis... he's the real deal. Takes forever to get his ES down, and you have to charge away from him all the time to avoid some of his abilities. My best try so far on him was like 60% HP.

I ended up dropping most of my cluster jewels and just going down to 1 medium/small. I need survivability more than damage, getting one shot by bosses is no fun, so i dropped a bunch of points for more life. IDK if the large clusters are worth all the points to be honest.

If you want more life for sustain, you could try to get the "10% increased Life/Mana recovery from Flasks" cluster jewel, with Special Reserve (20% inc DMG during any flask efect / reg 2% of life per second during any Flask effect). Also, use "Might of the meek" near the res-cluster below scion, on top of "Sentinel" for another 10% inc. HP on the life cluster.

your blood rage level is too high lv1 CWDT only cast skills level 38 or below

Your CWDT only supports spells with lvl requirement of 38 or lower. So you have to self cast Bloodrage or lower the lvl of bloodrage to hit the requirement.

u never level up cwdt on any build. because that way u will never trigger cwdt as it will take like 6k hp damage taken to trigger anything.

u cast blood rage by ur own.
