I haven't tested it in detail but that sounds about right, I can get about 1s more. It makes a huge difference for DPS since it scales like crazy at the end.

Also, you can bind Phase Run to Left Click and still pick up items while moving normally. Just that when you're in safe zone you'll need to 'x' weapon swap to move with 'move only' left click bind.
