Definitely more than 7.5, as that is for the 14% breakpoint. 7.59 is too much for the 14%, which is 7.57 Arcane will (or focus, I forget) from witch area + arcane surge and alira should be PLENTY for your cyclone costs. I have 68 mana/s regen with arcane surge up, 0 regen investment. No tips on aspect of the cat, never used it and I don't even know what it does to be honest. Hey i took your advice and looked at Arcane Will and decided to go with it, but one problem. I can't allocate it even with my large ring thread of hope lol. Did you allocate yours by pathing to it ? After some dense fossil spam I got this nice shield: It´s by no means perfect but due to the resistances I can swap out my prismatic hearts large cluster jewel and get the one mentioned in the guide ^^ E: Yeah...now I am addicted to crafting! I can not decide what to upgrade next. Would switching to a corroded elements/blanketed snow jewel be a big DPS increase above the prismatic heart/sadist one I am using? I don't think you grasp how important it is to not get above the breakpoints. For me, a single 3% attack speed roll will put me above the breakpoint, effectively halfing my DPS. We can have up to 3 frenzy charges, so 12% more damage. So we gain 50% less damage and then 12% more damage, so we're at 56% of your dmg, if we would not have frenzy charges. On top of that you won't generate frenzy charges when in boss fights, where a DPS increase is actually relevant.
