cooldown belt or boots

So I've spent probably over 100ex on this build so far this league! Do you guys see any further room for improvement?

I can't quite get the ES & damage of Kami because his gear is insane, but I think I've squeezed a lot out of this. Just wondering if I missed something obvious. Thanks for any tips guys you're all awesome!

U have 900k dps but what i can See u have low aps do u dual wield? I have 10aps and it fit very well

I've shared a PoB a few pages earlier with ~15m dps and 8.6k ES with crit/explode chest.

Really interested in your PoB, if you don't mind sharing.

i only have 14% cooldown in beltso my aps is around 7.4. if you invest more currency you can go up to 52% cooldown then upgrade some jewel and passive
i spent around 15ex for kami's build. since crit multi jewel and blanketed snow is expensive i go to sadist node in 2x large jewel give 2x 60% ele dmg to chilled, ignited, shocked enemies. i have lightning dmg from mark of the shaper ring and fire dmg from jewel. and because we blocking alot. im using precise retaliation 3x, so i have 120 crit multi

For now i Will not share it. Maybe of i end the build. But dont know right now i wanna play it next league if cluster go core.

Did you change something on gem setup, and could you show crit chance with/without flasks active on cyclone and ice nova?
