Enable 'Are you Elusive' condition in POB - you gain attack speed from your ascendancy. You ARE NOT at 7.45as.
You cannot sustain level 20 arcane surge, because it lasts 4 seconds, and with 400 mana requirement to proc it, you'd need to fit 11 casts of vortex in 4 seconds - which you cannot do.

There are 2 options for you here - either accept that you're being ignorant, take the lessons you're presented and improve from them, or simply shush.

Lethal Pride with 30str on onw of the keystones, or if you don't have that, either get the remaining needed str from cluster jewels / 'physique' passive.

I have another question: how many skills can Cospri's Malice proc at once?
I have 3 skills socketed but i'm wondering if this is the most optimal setup or should I socket 1 skill + 2 support gems or 2skills + 1 support gem?

For this guy if we make a mistake it's because we want to take people for idiots. (or because you are one)

RIP glancing blows fellas

so dropping the scion part of the tree will allow you to path back toward the templar area to grab glancing blows. The only issue is that you either take useless life nodes, or you go with the accuracy/AS nodes beside them (in order to path to glancing blows) and are at 7.59 AS with elusive & tailwind up, with an 8% cospris. Trying to figure out if I can lower the AS any further.

It'll be a lot easier to figure out when PoB gets updated. If anyone has any ideas please share them
