BP0 At 0-13% CDR you need to stay below <6.06 APS

BP1 At 14-51% CDR you need to stay below <7.57 APS

BP2 At 52%-57% CDR you need to stay below <10.1 APS

EDIT: The reason I am asking is PoB (Community) shows an Attack Rate of 8.75 with my setup, and I have 8% Cospri's (dual) and only Elusive adding AS. So, I assume the numbers in PoB are doubled for dual-wield, and that the threshold is <= 15.14.

if you take out Inc crit do you have 100% crit? if yes then yo ucan switch to AACD for a big boost in damage
