Hey, i have dilemma, i'm wearing right now Solaris circlet with 40% frost bolt damage but i dropped today great crow evasion/es with 40% ice nova, should i switch or try to craft something better with it or just sell.
I want to switch to this version from a build guide I am following since I am dying a lot. I imported the budget version into POB but it has a watcher's eye worth 70ex, bottled faith, etc. Has all of it been updated for lower budget or is it just all relative?
I am thinking I can swap my carcass jack for 6 link ES chest, change skill tree, switch to ES gear, and go from that point with upgrades? Should I try to buy an ES gained on hit watchers eye first or watchers eye with spell block? Any help is greatly appreciated and wonder if anyone answers questions on discord?

I was wondering what's your process in crafting this? and the cost? I kind of know it a bit but not 100% sure.
Method 1.
I'm thinking of buying a ilv85 Redeemer Hubris Circlet no enchant (3ex)? then throw Perfect fossil on it to get the quality up to 28-30%?
then put Dense and Frigid fossil in a 2 socket potent chaotic resonator and spam that on the circlet until I get something like -9resist+ES and hopefully a extra resistance stats?
Method 2.
Buy a cheaper ilv85 hubris circlet with or without enchant depend on price and then put a Redeemer Exalted Orb on it? then start fossil spamming?
sorry for noob question, I want to upgrade my helmet but most upgrade on trade are either dont have the stats I want or too expensive.

How about the heralds jewels, how you guys been thinking about running iceno va with these? I realize that would be essentialy different build, but where else to ask then nova guys in here (:
