when do you think is a good time to drop EE? i was thinking after merc lab makes the most sense

" EE? You mean EO? After you get enough crit. You dont drop EE until you convert to full fire. " Yeah as that flat will be added to casted spells. " If you use 3 different elemental spells it could work, but way less reliable so probably not. " *Very* good yes. My builds:

does elemental hit alternate between dual wand? or it uses the spell dmg from both?

" The spell damage mod is global not local. So spell damage affixes from both weapons should be always in effect. My builds:

ok i've never used Ele Hit before, what am I looking for on a wand for dmg while lvling?

" Just spell damage, or other generic modifiers. Ele Hit locks the damage type, so phys will never apply, and any kind of flat damage will aply only 1/3rd of the time. My builds:
