Spell cascade for armor is the big one that boost our single target more, because CoC can trigger faster but less reliable than poet's pen. Also i suggest getting an anti stun cinderswallow too, it saved me a few times from big hits that would have stunned me

So tailwind + cds on boots or second awk spell cascade in armor ? both 12 ex so i can get one.

Tailwind/cooldown recovery boots if it doesnt screw up your resist/lifepool and opens up both your ring slot for life gain on hit

Else, awakened spell cascade, since it does not drastically change your gear set up

Personally I like the flask charges on crit mod more because it allows us to have more flask sustain. But for dps wise, I think the double damage mod is stronger

Added new video for simulacrum wave 19/20, build is completed will be re-editing the guide the next 1-2 days to make it look better

Moving on to a new build soon

Is it possible to play this build without the reduced cost of skills mods? Will I run out of mana too fast?

Ideally you can craft them or buy rings with -mana mod, not a high cost thing but ill say its required
