PoB can not calculate everything in the game, it does not calculate and consider the rate of triggers from poet pen/coc into your dps. That being said, using a starkonja is purely just for an easier means of getting big amount of dex(probably lack abit of dex here) and some attack speed and low life survivability with the extra evasion. If you have issues capping res, you can move out of starkonja


I wouldnt say you are running out of slots to upgrade, you have very low life roll rings, lower than crafted life rolls. Awakened increased aoe, attack speed capped/corrupted poet's pen

At the higher end, awakened spell cascade, tailwind boots


Multi ex arent as unachievable this league, purely because of the huge drop of ex prices, its less than half of what it usually is with the bots around

thanks for the info, rings, so i can justify it being a worth upgrade is too expensive right now, if i would go for tailwind boots, is cooldown on belt enough? or do i need both, what would make tailwind and cooldown boots extremely expensive :D

and is militant faith worth it?

There is no need to look at dps because its not your issue here, gear looks good and all you need is to move on to the acrobatics tree i have in the pob section. I did a swap over and lost about 300ish life, but it helped me with survivability a lot. I managed to level purely in simulacrum from 96-97 with it
