I have been running T14/15s smoothly depending on the map buffs and killing bosses without much trouble and I don't have trigger when cast wand, Inpulsa or Surrender. Gonna try my first Sirus tonight (Awakened 5 probrably). So no I don't consider them absolutely necessary, maybe later on when dealing with t16s and bigger bosses.


Most important thing I think I am lacking right now is a place to put enduring cry in the gems setup which I am currently changing in the build before the Sirus try. So even now my talent tree is sub-optimal considering I have points wasted on warcries stuff and not using one at the moment.

I have managed to make it to T15 w/o the pricey items
I decided to spend my $$$ and got an inpulsa
Tried running a couple of red maps and T13 blight( total failure and computer almost died)

Really feels like DPS is lacking, am I missing anything?

Skip the Detonate Dead in your 5 Link and use Hypothermia. This should already boost your DPS up with inpulsa.

I haven't had a lot of red tier maps but I've run a few t14/t15 maps and I didn't have much trouble. Also without trigger wand, inpulsa, surrender etc. So this build is pretty viable for reasonable mapping even if you aren't rich. I'd say my total gear is worth maybe 1-2ex at most.

It looks like you're making the same mistake I made. You can't run bone offering (in your wand) unless you have a dedicated desecrate for it, otherwise it eats your corpses so your volatile dead doesn't have anywhere near as much DPS. You'll have WAY more DPS once you fix that.

can anyone explain why so much Accuracy on the author's build? it doesnt affect volatile dead right? Is it just to keep the curse on an enemy with the Frenzy hits?

Elemental attack dmg on your ring doesn't do anything, we don't use attacks. Your shield doesn't have any offense on it, you can get a basic Chernobog's Pillar with +fire dmg for spells and converted phys to fire for a chaos or two if you can't afford something better.

Obviously if you can use something other than inspiration in your VD links that would be ideal, like elemental focus. Gotta find a different way to manage your mana.

Also see my post above about using bone offering without a dedicated desecrate. Might not be a huge deal with CWDT like you have, just depends on how often it's triggering I guess.

I'm wondering this, too. I don't think it's completely necessary but the damage buff seems like a lot of help for single target.

7ex is isn't much in the long run, though. I followed a summoner build last league where the +1 spectre chests were like 15ex minimum (with all the affixes you needed), then all the specific rare items to get you where you needed to be for endgame were like ~30ex EACH. After the nerf that occurred, it made all those pieces pretty much required.

If you want to get more currency, Inpulsa is your first priority. You'll clear maps five times faster.

Hello, can someone help me up my damage please.The single target is quite bad right now, I am on awakener 4 but the conqueror fights still take too long for my liking.

I am worried because the build creator himself is going towards a different build now ...
