I got way too lucky with my goal amulet.
bought base, scoured, quality up to 20% as I knew what I wanted for affixes.
Fossil crafted with shuddering (block mana), Scorched and Pristine.
Ended up with Fire Gems, Fire Pen and everything else was removable.
Added Fire resistance and made sure I was prefix blocked so that I could Augment Fire and guarantee Fire Damage, then change prefixes from Fire to Lightning for my resists, remove a couple attack modifiers and slam chaos and life. I might try and get T1 Life but for now I'm happy.

The popular ones on PoE Ninja seem to be:

Evil Eye - 5% increased damage and blind of cursed enemies
Wish for Death - Culling Strike on cursed enemies
Master of Fear - Cursed enemies are Unnerved


I just picked up a 4 passive Medium with Wish for Death / Master of Fear for 68c

Wish for Death has been great for me, I think I'll see if I can find a Master of Fear as well.

Yeah I still had a Medium Cluster with Cremator in my build. Which I think is pretty useless now that I have my Inpulsa's.

Culling Strike should be real nice for bosses as well.

How are you maxing out Block Chance?

I am getting like 55 attack/38 spell

You need Mistress of Sacrifice from Uber Lab to get your Bone Offering to affect you.

You're missing out on some damage from Inspiration. It needs to be on your Frenzy setup as well
