Changes to the Purposeful Harbinger Notable Passive

For sure it is broken and ruined the game and bla bla bla. While oneshoting (yes! One shot, not 15 sec to kill, but oneshot) minotaur and other non-phase based bosses with 90% evasion and being almost untouchable it is not broken,but totally legit...

I will never again pay a single cent for any supporter pack. Really hope that others feel the same!
