good enough wand, but I don't see accurancy mod, be sure that you have 100 % hit chance (this stat depends on char level in PoB).

it will hold for now, but u will want to swap to a dual-influence setup soon :)

Btw since you have second thoughts on tankiness, i uploaded 2 simulacrum runs with 7 bosses and a wave 20 double boss plus a sirus 8 video just now, links in main thread. Maybe it will help to better evaluate.
