@R3clamation: Assassin has more dmg in the end, Scion has a bit more ES but mainly it is much easier to gear since it gets accuracy, stats and resists along with extra points.

The more in depth technical answer is:

Int stackers have no problem getting flat and %increases on their DPS values. They are starved of more multipliers.
More multipliers are: all sort of support gems with more damage; crit multiplier, attackspeed etc.

Overcomitting on a single one of those however leads to strong diminshing returns.

One of the strongest buffs in the game to get more attackdamage and more attackspeed is berserk. (rage is also neat) Enabling it is worth a lot of points on the tree.

Another pretty crazy pseudo more multplier (pseudo because its not actually more on your characters side of the damage calcualtion - but on the enemys receiving side) is Snipers Mark. Being able to support one curse on hit item for regular hex-debuffing on mobs and having a curse slot open for a Mark is also incredible dps against the targets one needs it against - Bosses.

Getting stun immunity on top of it for free is also neat.

Yeah I was considering going Occultist on my Scion even before looking at your (amazing) PoB. I don't seem to benefit much from Inquisitor without getting a consecrated ground flask and stun immunity and extra curse are very powerful, specially with the state of Sniper's Mark. The extra chain helps wonders on bosses like Uber Elder where you can just spam PS and mobs are cleared naturally

Ok, I did switch to 6 link like you advised and I upgraded some of my gear and ST dps is feeling okay now (sitting around 2.5ish M). Btw I'm using Flesh and Stone in sand stance for now for a bit extra survivability until I get enlighten lvl 4, than I'll switch to Skitterbots. My question is what should be my next upgrade priority?

@Xistance4: You are a bit undergeared, also i did not see how u are leeching life (or ES). But here are some practical stuff u can do.

Take Foresight asap, it gives the single most ES gain (u are aiming for 10K ish at the start). Also the shield is really not doing much for you.

Get an auxium with max ele dmg (25) and use catalysts to buff it to 30. (that's 63% increased dmg) and annointing tranquility is 12% 'more' dmg.

Get a KB gem with 'anomalous quality' (if u dont have it, i cant see alt qualities in pob), or use a pierce gem for now.

Your flasks are wrog i guess since pob shows a life flask etc.. but cinderswallow pretty much makes u immune to most stuff while mapping.

Then just go on upgrading the gear, using the crafting section as a guide as u get more currency.

build feels okish, needs more investment ofc, i listened to what you said and got anomalous kb and rest, i just die sometimes, since fortify is on shield charge sometimes when i ran into a bunch i just get killed, tbh now im around 9,5k with discipline.
Not sure what to upgrade next tbh, dunno if i should go for jewels or in which direction, id love more st damage but id also love to feel safe for sirius a8.

u can do bolt on this, use cast speed to attack speed version and take the 4% as / 4% cs nodes next to coordination to start with. then optimize gear as necessary

to all my fellow wanders

From today and onwards, i will start levelling the wander on heist and gearing it as i go. Feel free to drop by twitch to check me do it and ask your questions.

Once i have the opportunity to test practical applications (i have some interesting ideas), there will be a big update to the guide with all my findings (best clusters, alt qualities, good syth bases etc.) for each version, along with a video guide for the build.

Got some changes



Stats: 1766 int, 12374 es, 5.5m single target, 480k kb.

Couldnt hit t1 % int on helment its nod easy to craft.

Changed elemental weaknes for siniper's mark and its awsome. Work good on clear and single target. Love visual effect with power siphon barrage. Its look like projectiles nova :) and it helps with some monsters with adds like metamorphs.Also its 14% more dps then e.weaknes

on lvl 97 if i put watcher's eye below shadow power charge insted in cluster i will be rank 2 es ascendant on poe ninja :)
