For me it took one roll which I have on one of my rings at 350ish accuracy. This will vary depending on your character level, level of precision and your total dex. The rule of thumb would be one decent accuracy roll somewhere on gear

Unfortunately, the wand is not an ideal base. The base you have has 1.3 attack speed where an imbued wand has 1.5. This base attack speed is what all of your attacks scale off of so the higher attack speed on the base is really important. The wand is very much useable but not ideal.

Got to say Love this guide I followed it after making a Necro to league start with.


Followed your crafting guide too to make most of my own gear, including the wand.





Was just the woke orb and an exalt slam to make this too! Been enjoying the endgame with this build a ton was always skeptical of wanding because of investment but its become my favorite archetype in game!

T1 Lightning Damage. I have checked extensively and it is the best PS/KB Int Stack wand in Heist! Have already mirrored it a few times for people too!

So I am confused on why you say to roll Snowstorm, do we get any random cold to attacks on a ring or something? I'm not exactly sure how chill/freeze works, does the amount not matter since it crits or something?

Skitterbots provides the Chill. But I actually opted out from using that cluster setup and another one you can do is two with 12% increased damage while holding a shield, with both at least having Fuel the Fight and Veteran Defender, and one with Martial Prowess for some added Accuracy. That one you take all 8 passives and the other with a filler talent just go up along the side for the jewel slots.
