[3.18 suspended] Blast from the Past. KB/PS Int Stack Wander King. Speed meta 18K ES, 20m+ dps

Hi it's been hard for me to roll dmg per int on amulet atm, but I rolled a tier 2 gain phys as lightning dmg mod, should I remove that and roll for pen still or augment for pen and keep it?




Also does the wand benefit from quality+attack speed more or just 13% attack speed?

hey trivial playing the build the clear is very fun but my single target is barely over half a mil are there any obvious problems with my build you could help me with?

i also have a cluster with fuel the fight and veteran defender and another with feed the fury and advance guard. i have the thread of hope and attack speed watchers eye. i have flat lightning and es on 3 jewel sockets as well. anything is appreciated!

So most of the questions we are getting are revolving around the same budget/performance subject. I think it is best to make a write up about it instead of answering individual questions.

But in short, it is normal to have low boss dmg at the stat. The price tag mentioned in the thread is about making the build functional, not god-like.

Also when i said 'xx budget as long as u have crafting knowledge and spend time', i did not mean just buying stuff from trade and slapping harvest crafts.

Spending time is having live searches, waiting for good syth bases and decent items to appear, crafting your gear and reselling to try again for a better one etc.

I will clarify this on the main thread as well.

Hi, sorry for yet another 'how do I craft this' question.



Ideally I'd take off the increased lightning damage (of course my 3rd prefix rolled a T8 lightning mod) and continue to craft. I'm thinking the only way I can do this is annul and pray, hoping someone here tells me I'm wrong.

I think there is an alternative method to crafting the chest and helm that could be alot cheaper and more practical.

Spite Essences are very hard to buy. People sell them one at a time and if you buy too many the market will crash.

So instead of rolling the suffix first, spam dense fossils until you get good ES and T1 int suffix. Remove all other suffixes with harvest, then aug influence. Remove/Add influence until you get +12% int.

How do you guys leech? Purely from Bloodrage?

Got my wand in a decent position, ended up auging phys after removing all but the 2 mods on it to fill prefixes. There was no possible physical suffixes that could be added so its the best option. Than i added prefixes cannot be changed. Decided i would spam add/remove attack until i got at least t3 attack speed.

Was worth going the add/remove attack route as it was about 50c a pop compared to speed which was minimum 3ex with not many available. Removed phys and mulitcrafted it afterwards.

Shame its not t1/t2 speed but i had already spent 7 or so ex on add/remove attacks before hitting any attack speed so this will do for now. Might revisit the item way later in the league, can still mess around with this base pretty easily.

All said and done i probably spent 17ish ex to craft it from scratch.

Aug/Removing influence can cost a ridiculous amount, particularly if you're using a warlords/hunter helmet. It can be far easier to harvest craft "reroll with more similar mods". The body armor will get it with approximately 7 recrafts if the chest is full up on mods. So 7-14 exalts, which isn't too bad.
