Here is my first video in 3.13 :

#1 : Pure Chayula with Maven

With the buff to Profane Bloom, farming the breach is very easy : the screen constantly explodes in nice purple fireworks !
I've added Vaal Haste for the boss, so as to stack all the poisons I can between two of its chaos Cyclone phase.

I have made an interesting improvement to the skill tree : by adding a Thread of Hope jewel with a small ring, I have added Phase Acrobatics and two poison notables :



I had to move the cluster jewels to the south, next to Point Blank support :



So now I have 30% chance to dodge spells dmg. That's why I can proudly say that I have a Dodge Viper !

Other characters : The Infused Trickster, the Nightblade and the White Wind (a very cheap Frost Blades Raider) against the Cortex !

here is a new video with a lot of good stuff.
First, some farming with Pestilent Strike, which triggers a lovely amount of chaosplosions in the Crimson Township.

Then a ten boss fight with Viper strike, ending with the Void Anomaly and the Ryslatha boss of Infested Valley. Chaos and poison : these bosses couldn't be more in touch with this build !

I also threw some nice cyberpunk flair in the mix. If you like Ghost in the Shell and Ruiner, you'll recognize some stuff here and there :)

The Pestilent Viper faces the Ultimatum

For the first time, I'm planning to go into league with this build.

I think that the Plague Bearer + Profane Bloom setup will be good to clear the encounters, because chaosplosions !

For league start, Cobra Lash would be good, but it's not available to the Witch from vendors before Siosa act3. Same with Viper Strike.

The classic ED/Contagion setup then comes to mind.
But actually, I prefer the alternate combo of Soulrend + Bane. You do not have to aim with Soulrend, so you can just cast it and run. Bane applies a debuff and any linked curse, so that's good too for farming.

Maybe I'll test one of these blood-based skills like Exsanguinate.

Then, as I progress into the tree, I'll transition to Viper and Pestilent Strike (available from level 28).

The main reason I'm going into Ultimatum is this new Vaal-themed shield, Mahuxotl's Machination.
Detailed mechanisms discussed here.

This shield gives you 6 Keystones which are related to the Vaal. The interactions between them are... intriguing. We have yet to discover what is the 6th keystone, Everlasting Sacrifice, that will hopefully tweaks them all in an interesting way.

As I'm already using Divine Flesh in the build, but not Eldritch Battery, the ES is useless (all dmg bypass it). So maybe this shield will allow to use the ES in a powerful way.

Looks like there is a good chance that this build got nerfed hard. nerfs to self-poison and the ridiculous poison mod sextants are gone (I didn't even know that was a thing - because i don't pay attention - lol).

hope it's still viable. i _really_ wanted to try it...
