[3.21] Aegis Incinerate Elementalist - Tank with over 10mil Shaper DPS!
" Might actually work and Purity is gonna be a nice extra defence. No more +level to Incinerate then though, so less dmg (although I never used the +1 ammy).
Looks like we are going to have plenty of new options on the tree with the new Passive Tree Masteries. Should be a lot of fun to experiment with.

Great that the full patch notes will be out so early. It gives the poor POB guys some time to code. I will pour over them when they are released to see what effects us.

" I don't usually use the +1 ammy either. Tons of resist, good ES and life, ailment immunity all feels like it will be worth the 20ex-ish. There was good news in the release though, in that Aul will be much more common to find in delve now, so there should be more of these amulets than normal which may help the cost. |

Scourging our cheaper Uniques is going to be fabulous I think. Given the relatively cheap cost of our uniques, we can gamble easier to get some great mods.

We picked up two very nice damage boosts (and one small boost) from the awakened gems rework. These may make up for all the damage we lost in 3.15 (at an obvious cost but still achievable)
========================= Awakened Elemental Focus now grants “+1 to Level of Supported Elemental Skill Gems” at gem level 5. Awakened Controlled Destruction now grants “Supported Skills have 10% chance to Unnerve Enemies for 4 seconds on Hit” at gem level 5. Awakened Hextouch now grants “+1 to Level of Supported Curse Skill Gems” at gem level 5. |

oh wow, this is very interesting......
@claeysken, this might be a very fun choice instead of using Skin of the Loyal when we are ready to use all corrupted gems in our set up. Obviously this is for late end game but when this buff to Lords is coupled with getting a useful Keystone on the Lords, this should turn out better than just the normal +1 corrupted Loyal (I think.................) *Divine Shield would be OP. *Iron Will is useful but not great. *Versatile Combatant is really interesting because it would alleviate the need for the Blue Nightmare Gem entirely and probably free up some interesting points on the tree. *I have no idea what Solipsism is, must be new =================================== The Skin of the Lords Unique Body Armour now grants “+2 to level of Socketed Gems” (previously +1). The following Keystones Passive Skills can also now appear on the Skin of the Lords Unique Body Armour: Divine Shield, Ghost Dance, Iron Will, Lethe Shade, Magebane, Solipsism and Versatile Combatant. " Holy shit, so much good stuff for the build!!! Just gonna have to wait how the new passive tree affects us, but we'll probably have tons more damage then before!
" I added more to my post on this. Some really cool choices I think around Lords now with that massive buff!! After reading through the patch notes once, I did not see any surprises. Divine Shield looks great but I have no idea yet where on the Templar side it will live. We have one down side of losing Fortify (which is obviously a big blow) but we got so many buffs than I think we should come out ahead all around. I can't wait to play with the new tree. We should take some time and do some theory crafting until we can come up with a good tree at around level 96-97 or so. MORE DAMAGE!!!! :) Последняя редакция: AndyLovesHisBge. Patch notes is out: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3186390
This jumped out at me: Inquisitor - Pious Path: Now grants "50% increased Effect of Consecrated Ground you create". This means: Sanctuary - enemies take 7.5% more damage Pious Path - 9% instead of 6% life and mana regen With the general "Allied Consecrated Ground now grants 50% reduced Effect of Curses on You while standing on it." that means 75% curse immunity. get 25% from somewhere else (3 points Asylum branch) and boom curse immune. It's too bad inquisitor's 4th ascendency point is still basically wasted. Not sure if these changes make inquisitor much closer to elementalist. |
