Must be configuration issues, like not setting minion power/frenzy charges and such.
Skill tree-wise, it's fine. I'd switch out Harrier for another es% node. Jewel-wise, at a glance, you should switch a rotten/renewal large for renewal/vicious bite, and a tri notable one later on. Gem-wise, you are well overcapped on impale chance, so taking out impale supp for dmg on full life is needed; switch dread banner for the divergent variant, rotten claws+diver banner+generosity is enough to cap.

Already configured it myself still sitting on 1.5M dps. Can you try configuring it yourself would be a big help. Thank you!
If I choose to not go for a Watcher's Eye, will a Fortress Covenant still be a solid option for that last Jewel Slot? Since you don't get any of the downsides, and up to 45% Minion damage with some extra tank for them.
This build is near immortal, I only die occasionally at AL8 sirus last phase cause i'm not good sirus mechanics and maybe the occasional cluster of purcupines on a shrine, and inside heist build is immortal
Besides purity of ice 21, helmet enchant and shield corruption what are my next possible upgrades?

Not really, your basically at the CI conversion point. Id start collecting the new medium cluster jewels and crafting/awakener slamming certain pieces and transition to the 13 aura/CI version Hemzo and Turbo perfected.
Its just extra the low life version is more then enough and your gears very nice, the CI is just for when your LL is maxed out and you are wondering what to do until January.

Hi guys, I have normal version of this build with little adjustments from my side, managed to have 9.15m shaper DPS per golem/ 4 golems, very happy with it as I almost don't die.
can you tell me whats dps you get in 13 aura CI version, if someone could input his/her pob for example.
Would like to try CI version.

And I'm pretty sure I was the first to go CI.
Also i found a way to achieve 90% phys reduction without flask and pantheon. check it out.
