3.11.1 Patch Notes Preview

I hope we see the augment and add/remove being less rare before this patch. It's ruining the whole league experience.

What, exactly, does this mean? Are you saying Elemental Focus has been non-functional for years? Any skill inflicting elemental damage can inflict an ailment.
Or are you saying it literally did nothing on skills that had implicit ailment modifiers/inflictions without crit?

Now skills that inflict shock or chill and do not hit can also be supported. A certain vortex leaps to mind.

Patch notes fail, still just a boring chaos spamfest, with the good crafts nerfed out of the game.

No wonder a quarter of the playerbase already left. 1 more week to get ,y 24/24 then i'm leaving too.

Ohhhh. That makes a lot of sense then. That's pretty huge if it can now support skills like that that technically don't hit.
So nothing was done about BAD stun currently is and keeping endurance charges with tidebreaker. Nice.
