I'm not sure what you mean by "%crit craft on flask" though I think he mean's the crit craft you get from unveiling Cinderswallow Urn flask that drops form Catarina. Sorry but how do we chill our enemies when we are firebased? As I understand it we only can ONLY do fire damage because of Avatar of fire? So we shouldn't be able to inflict chill ailments?
