I did some math and it seems that dmg is not to far behind Mjolner, in fact if you consider chilled enemies it is almost equal on Diacharge part and slightly better on Arc part. One issue while using The Flow Unthethered is rather low ES.

I wanna say in general even with a belt, ES is on the low end. 5.5k ES is pretty darn small. Even if you can survive most things, its still not enough to stave off those 1 shots. It's already difficult enough to do so with a pool of 7k ES at times. I dont think this is a bossing build, ive been having a ton of issues on map bosses -- im at 3.8k ES now but I don't see that changing much once I manage to increase it by another 1k. If only we could fit armor into this build somehow.

That belt would be good on a crystal belt base that also had both energy shield recovery rate, cooldown, and strength. Which is not a cheap item. And even if you manage to get something like that, you're looking at probably closer to 6k ES, with 50% spell block, which is better, but only slightly.

Im still holding faith, as I want this to work well enough for everything. I think our chest piece is one of the biggest drawbacks but also one of the greatest strengths to the build. It's kind of a catch 22 with low ES but great unique mechanics that help us sustain power charges.

1) I will correct it when Im back at home today. It is basicaly same as Mjolner but +30 dex nodes instead of +30 str and dex ring.
2) I have it in my Excel spredsheet :)
3) Because you dont need it. It will generate up to 2 Power Charges for each Discharge when socketed in main 6link, thats not enough when you consider dropping Volls Chest and with Volls Chest Im allready at max power charges most of the time so I prefer to use different support gem like Lightning Penetration for Arc.

@Jkurs the only way I see for reliable Power Charges generation while dropping Volls Chest is to use Inner Conviction Keystone via Legion jewelery together with The Red Trails, Apep's Supremacy, Chance to Bleed support gem in main 6link and The Golden Rule. This way each melee and spell hit will generate Power Charges, same as Volls chest does on each crit, while making you immune to bleed dmg (but having the bleed status effect going).

Ok so a combination of:

Inner Conviction Keystone via Legion jewelery together with The Red Trails, Apep's Supremacy, Chance to Bleed support and The Golden Rule

confirmed to be working for nice Power Charges generation.

Note: I dunno yet if I will go this way as dmg drop is significant, however defences are improved by far.

This concept seems solid, it does indeed increase our overall ES, however we lose our shield slot for extra spell block, which drops our spell block by 12-18%. This amount seems pretty necessary to try and reach 75% as well. Also, 10% physical reduction while stationary isnt bad as you can combine maybe a basalt flask as well and get even more while sitting still, and possibly the pantheon soul of tukohama. This should get you 23% extra physical damage reduction with basalt flask up while stationary, in total we should have flat 43% from everything. This is an improvement for sure. As noted though, I still feel spell block is a bit low.

And how is that? As far as I know both shields provide 0% spell block and all spell block we have is comming from the passive tree. Also we gain +3% to maximum resistances with this switch.

The only downside I see is significantly lower overal dmg.

Shields can roll spell block, like this shield here that I have.



can roll up to 12% with a t1, I think, you can then also get it from some other influence, uhh i think its warlords influence that can get you another 12% but its pretty rare to get both.

Btw, we can use this combo w\o apep's supremacy. Cheked it in few league ago on jugg.
