Hi This build is pretty old from 3.12 and now we at 3.20,Penance Brand been nerfed well to be precise it's been killed I doubtly even more than 5 person will play this skill in this current state

if you a new player,I suggest checking a new build guide,look for build that got 3.20 tag on their title
