" I think the flat cold damage on your wand is killing the use of EE. At least, when I played Vortex/cold snap last league it was absolutely a no go. Should try to flat fire or lightning (or other mods) to better proc EE. You don’t stop playing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop playing.
