I would say when your damage falls off and you have Uber lab unlocked so you get extra cast speed from ghost shrouds.

How did you manage to craft that Amulet abberat fossil spam or something different ?

Aberrant fossil spam and luck. I hit +1 gems and chaos dot multi 2 times in total in about 60 attempts. I flipped off the other one for 3.5 ex.
