I have to redownload content.ggpk today. It's going so slow and I don't get why. Yesterday it took less than an hour. Does EVERYONE limit their upload to 1 KiB/s !?

What's with download speed on the torrent file? It' sits on 300-700 kb/s, sometimes drops to like 1-2, my usual torrent download speed is 1.5 - 2 mb/s for movies/games and stuff. Anyone having same issues?
