Hello Wrecker, fellow exiles,
I am using this build in the current flashback event (SSF SC) and i am having a blast! Currently Lvl 74 and levelling/first maps was a breeze. Since you get quite alot Oils in the event, do you guys have tips for good anointments for this build? Ideally both budget/SSF-capable and high-end? I am currently thinking of diamond skin, sanctuary or even simply proficiency as budget/ssf anointments. Merry Christmas, have fun! |

"Awesome fritten9000! I'm glad you're having such a good time! Merry Christmas! There are SO many great options for this build for anointing. All your posted thoughts are great! Some that come to mind are: Profane Chemistry, Juggernaut, Shaper, Deep Thoughts (better mana regen would do this build a big favour). There are so many good ones. Remember to keep it cheap until you get an amulet you LOVE! Good luck! Have fun! really liked this build, trying it in the flashback event well i'm a fan of alternative summoners anyway my question is why not remove 1 of the support gems on animate weapon and put "summon phantasm support" isn't it another easy 10 poison minions? or they don't get the effect of the other gems? |

"Awesome Endless_Oblivion! I'm glad you're having such a great time. Thanks for your kindness :). Summon Phantasm support is great for this build. The issue comes with the typical issue of a "many minion" build. With builds like SRS or AW, your total build has a lot of DPS, but if they are all attacking different enemies, it's a lot of low damage spread out and things go slow until the enemies start to die (so hopefully Profane Bloom kicks often). So if you add Phantasms, you give your build more total damage than the current layout, which is great if you have the max amount of minions up AND you're fighting one boss, but you're even more spread out with many enemies around. It's a great idea and one many have done with this build. You just have to way the pros and cons of it to fit your personal preferneces. Great post! Alright everyone!
Thanks for such a great league! I hope you all enjoyed the build and I'm really thankful for all the feedback and kindness you all showed; not just to me, but to each other. It's been a really difficult year for some and it's likely going to continue being a difficult year for many. So thank you for keeping me encouraged and remember as 3.13 moves forward that people will be at the end of their ropes. They'll be pricks, ask obvious questions...whatever it is, they'll all need patience and kindness. Let's "wow" each other with kindness so that when we interact with each other about this game we'll plant seeds in each others' hearts that are much more important than the game itself. You never know how you impact someone so let's do our best to make it great. Whether you post often or not at all, I really appreciate you and I hope the build treated you well. This will be my last post/reply for this build. Once 3.13's patch notes come out I'll be working on 3.13's guide. I'll post the link to the new guide at the top of this current guide, but for the sake of convenience, I use my Twitter account for PoE content updates only.
