I just feel like explode chest does so little damage in comparison since we scale chaos damage. With only one Unspeakable it might be closer but the current version im running with double large cluster feels super solid and consistent.
Also that crafting a good explode chest is just so impossibly hard, i'd rather have a near perfect non explode chest and unspeakable, since running unspeakable comes with a very small cost. But mainly i just dont feel it packs enough of a punch against Alva missions to really make a huge difference.
Like, to replace this with a explode chest im looking at losing a lot of extra life.
I mean unless I fundamentally misunderstand something the reason it "Does so little damage" is because replica alberons states we can't do non-chaos damage, and we have no native convert. Meaning the only thing we got it is toxic delivery damage.
I did some testing on jucied t16 delirium and best results are with double explosions meaning from clusters and chest. Both of sources explode at the same time clearing very very well.
Hey just thought i'd add in a possible issue with suggesting using Explode chest. Wouldn't the mod require you to be able to do phys damage and without converting any phys to chaos it wouldn't do any damage right? (Because of replica alberon's mod)
More just wanted to mention it because if people build into that it could be a problem - Unless i'm missing something regarding that mechanic.
Anyway good build guide and a nice cookie cutter setup for building this type of char.
Hey the build is very fun. I picked up crystal skin for freeze immunity and some missing resists so I can drop freeze flask for a dps flask. Should I use bottled faith or cinderswallow urn?
I would agree that this build is not even close to int stack wander when it comes to sustain and survivability when minmaxed at 15k+ ES, CI and insane potential for ES leech/regen together with the on kill from cinderswallow urn.
Damage wise this build is more or less comparable outside of somewhat lower burst damage so bosses won't oneshot in the same way as compared to int wander which has most of the damage upfront as long as you got your power charges, but overall just clearing 100% T17s feels more or less the same as when i played the int version in harvest when at similar gear levels, just slightly less safe.
The budget needed to reach a similar level is way smaller for this build though, and the ceiling for potential is similarly unreachable as usual with wander builds. With stupid amounts of currency int stack when minmaxed is just better I think in most aspects since it is basically immortal in addition to similar damage, but most people wont have 600-800 ex to throw on the build so. This one works quite well even at a somewhat low budget; compared to int stacking, of 20-30 ex~ as well as scales more or less the same or better with currency until at least a few hundred exalts.
Thank you, this succinct recap is what I was looking for before rolling this build.
I played int stacking wander last league, was easy with harvest craft.
If this needs time to ramp up, i might just stick with my facerolling golemancer for now.

Well.. i say needs time to ramp up, but with my current gear level i just instaphase A8 sirus and kill 100% delirium bosses in a few seconds anyways so it honestly barely feels like a poison build at this point :). But you dont truly oneshot stuff with KB like int stack wander does even if they do die super fast.
thank you for the guide, i finally finish the build ( only few items left to upgrade ) but so far this build is crazy, melt everything in the game ( i mean EVERYTHING ) :D
