So will this be updated for 3.14?

I have friends that want me do a team comp setup but Im boring and want to play on my terms. I've enjoyed an extend of Chains of command build in 3.13 but it was too meme-y that I ended up not getting past level 75. (that was on me for investing so much more into my carrion golem). So yeah, whats up? do you advise going back off of this person's build?
