What do you think is better:

Gem level is of higher importance than quality/alternate quality.

Doesnt seem league start viable but, im not really seeing any other builds interest me. Maybe ill start something else scion then re roll when i can get 2x 7 passive voices? |

Thanks for the guide! I am finally level 80 and mapping feels very good. As of now I am using the low budget version. But could you please explain how you manage to not allocate the first two or three points after each starting area in your PoB? I don´t get it....
