Wouldn't it be better to level with spellslinger than manual cast those recommended spells? We're mostly elemental and spell damage anyway so we can switch between elements. Arc/ball lightning? Fireball/flame wall? Freezing pulse/ice nova? What's the best damage? If it isn't the cold spells, are they worth the defensive benefits in hc?
