Help - High latency and lag spikes in maps, no packet loss

Can't play since yesterday morning, same lag spikes as described before.

WinMTR 300+ paxcket report to instance IP with this problem while you are in it and screenshot with ingame graphs turned on would also be a good idea.

Same Here my internet is perfect there is no problems in other games
8-12ms 0 loss, im living 40km away from Frankfurt Server and my ping is jumping like crazy since 3 days

10-20ms then 100-400 or even 1k-2k+ ????? wtf
its unplayable sometimes (most of the time..)
my game is on SSD i can try HDD but really... that's not a solution
i tried changing to London/Amsterdam/Milan gate but still, restarting router/pc im nearly SURE its POE FAULT.

edit: changed folders to HDD didn't helped tho, maybe full reinstall is needed
