Weak amulet, weak anoint, weak rings, not max gems, no Bottled Faith & Rumi, wrong life flask, no catalysts, not the best staff base, you could get Watcher's Eye. I think 30 res + crafted life is good enough for a physical damage leech ring. Not worth it - cast speed is irrelevant and critical strike chance is a very low return stat. The build is very optimized in skill tree.
