i meaaaan you can but Quality of Life improves drastically with farruls/voids/badge, and they are quite expensive on league start. but overall u can do it with some rare items,i havent tried it but i can see it working.

Soooo, about defensive layers: A Little dodge, but no wind dancer, a little evasion, some energy shield, CWDT with IC and Vaal grace for expected bigger chunks of ouch. Did I miss anything?
