GGG wants to slow down the game. Fine.
But you will still need to complete hundreds of maps to get to the endgame bosses? How, without giving up your family, personal life and all hopes?

I am a casual player and play a couple of hours each week. If you can't get to endgame, because you think the game is too hard, my condolences. I personally don't know anyone who shares your opinion. The game was, and probably is, still too easy. There is no point making a good build, because even a shitty build can clear a screen in 1 second.

If you aren't good at the game, at least you have something to strife for. You can learn from your mistakes and make a better build next time as well as improve your mechanics.
I'm glad GGG doesn't cater to people like you, there would be no point in playing the game, since you could afk all bosses.

Says the guy with just 1 character of level 95(most of your characters are not even level 90), not to mention you did only 4 challenges.
Try to reach level 100 and do at least 36 challenges or reach depth 500 in delve. Then u will understand frustration of nerfing.
A guy who is using most basic items. Try to craft a good end game item using RNG crafting then u will feel frustration of nerfing crafting.

Uber Elder and Sirius 8 was easy, killed both on first try (which shouldn't be possible imo). Didn't play last league, so I haven't tried Maven. I only play a couple of hours each week, but 1 button screen clear builds on Red maps shouldn't be a thing.
If there aren't hard content, there is nothing to strive for. I'm glad GGG doesn't cater to people like you.
