Constant crashing (both Vulkan and DX11)

3.16.0d patch did not fix the crashing.

Having the same issues outlined by OP. The crashes were minimal at league start but since the most recent round of scourge hotfixes and the last patch I have had crashes in character selection, my hideout and in maps. Yesterday alone I had 20+ crashes.

Same issue. Doesn't really matter where I am or what I'm doing, seems random. Crashing 2-5 times an hour. Quitting this league unless it's fixed.

I don't know if this is helpful but I am getting the same crashes and I don't know if this a coincidence but most of the people having these random crashes have a 3070 from what I have been reading in these forums.
Vulkan works fine for me for a period then crashes randomly, Directx11 is more consistent while im near a huge mob of ads or anything like the new league mecahnic pops. Weird thing is i was playing fine on both just a couple days ago it wasnt until last week that this has happeed to me everyday which sucks bc it feels like i just started to get the game but i cant even grind it. 1060 6gb same crap. You can go hour even more without any problems, boom instantly 5 crashes infinity loop loading screens in 5 minutes. Vulkan simply isn't even launching, insta crash to desk. Need to play with dx11 but we all know what choppy crap it is. And bet of it, nothing have been patched installed. But everything changed from yesterday morning.

Update: same issue with archnemesis league; constant crashes to desktop without error message. Sometimes 3+ crashes in a row just trying to load in my character.
My poe log files contain no crash reports. This is the windows event file for one of the crashes https://pastebin.com/v9EWab0e Again, there is no common denominator in-game. I understand that GGG gets sent all of my crash data and they're working to fix a lot of issues, but it's super frustrating to not be able to enjoy the game for over a year now.
